We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Estates Manager to join our Estates team and play a key role in delivering outstanding facilities and estate services across our college.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished estates or facilities management professional with a passion for operational excellence, contract management and service improvement. You'll be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for students, staff and visitors while supporting the successful delivery of our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.

About the Role

As Estates Manager, you will be a key member of the College Estates Team, overseeing the day-to-day management of estates services and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a complex operational environment. You'll work closely with college leaders, external contractors and IFM providers to drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
