Pastoral Support Lead who demonstrates

  • Is approachable, adaptable, patient, motivated and a good communicator
  • Has excellent organisational skills and enjoys the challenges we face in a busy school

The successful candidate will

  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children within our school.
  • Support and widen educational access and help overcome barriers to learning for our pupils.
  • Provide a range of imaginative and creative programmes of support for children with signs of social, emotional, health or behavioural issues to enable them to access the social and academic curriculum to help with their attainment attendance and behaviour.
  • Support the inclusion of all children within our school
  • Identify underachieving children and devise and deliver and coordinate programmes of support for them and their families
