Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, support staff development, and maintain a productive and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.

• Lead by example and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

• Manage and motivate production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

• Train, coach, and support new employees, ensuring they are competent in their roles.

• Provide guidance and technical support relating to core assembly builds and production processes after training.

• Monitor production performance and address any issues affecting output or quality.

• Conduct staff appraisals and performance reviews.

• Manage staff attendance, authorise holiday requests, and maintain accurate personnel records.

• Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure production targets and customer requirements are met.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports with the help of the ERP system.
