Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive attitude to lead your team, keep availability high, and deliver outstanding service to our local community.

Put customers first
Inspire your team to deliver friendly, attentive service, actively listening to customer feedback and keeping our fresh counters vibrant and fully stocked.

Lead and coach your team
Manage shift scheduling, training, and talent development, giving colleagues the confidence and capability to succeed in their roles.

Build a supportive culture
Partner with other Managers to lead an encouraging, performance-driven department where colleagues work with purpose.

Plan and deliver standards
Manage department routines thoroughly, ensuring market-leading product availability, safe and legal compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
