Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll lead our Market Street craft teams with pride. You'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" attitude to make sure our counters are fully stocked, our foodmaker credentials shine, and our shoppers get the very best service.

Inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, listening to customer feedback and making sure Market Street is always vibrant and well-stocked.

Take real ownership of shift scheduling, training, and talent conversations, giving your colleagues the confidence to succeed and grow.

Work alongside other Managers to lead an encouraging, performance-driven department where people work with purpose.

Keep operations running smoothly

Plan resources thoroughly, manage department budgets, and build strong relationships with other operating teams across the store.
