Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a "sleeves rolled up" approach to managing store-wide service and market routines, leading our craft teams with pride to ensure our counters are fully stocked, our foodmaker credentials shine, and our checkout areas run seamlessly.

Put customers first
Inspire and empower your team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, listening to customer feedback and keeping Market Street vibrant and well-stocked.

Lead and develop your team
Take real ownership of shift scheduling, attendance, and talent conversations, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to succeed, grow, and work flexibly across departments.

Drive performance and availability
Work alongside other store managers to lead a supportive, performance-driven department where people work with purpose against all sales, service, and operational targets.

Keep operations running smoothly
Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines and department budgets, and build strong working relationships across all operating departments.
