Social Value and Business Development Lead

The Business Development & Social Value Lead will support the continued growth of J. Greenwood (Builders) Limited by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and consultant relationships, supporting tender and framework submissions, and leading the delivery of our Social Value commitments.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Pre-Construction Team and site-based teams, you will coordinate Employment Skills Plans, apprenticeships, work experience placements and community engagement activities. You will monitor project commitments and KPIs, prepare client reports, maintain tender and opportunity records, and promote the company’s Social Value achievements.

The role will also involve attending client, framework and networking events, monitoring procurement portals and helping to produce high-quality written tender responses.
