About the Role

A growing business within the waste and resource recovery sector is looking for a

Contracts Administrator to provide administrative support across its sales and customer operations.

You will support the day-to-day coordination and processing of customer contracts, ensuring sales, leads, customer information and contract changes are recorded accurately and progressed efficiently.

Working closely with sales, customer service and operational teams, you will help ensure enquiries and contracts move smoothly through each stage while maintaining accurate records and providing reliable administrative support.

This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with different systems in a busy environment.

Strong administration and attention to detail are essential

Experience in sales support or customer service is required

Microsoft Office experience required

Waste or hazardous waste experience would be beneficial but is not essential

Key Responsibilities

-

Process new sales accurately using relevant business systems

-

Enter customer details and new sales leads into CRM systems

-

Distribute inbound web and telephone leads to the appropriate teams

-

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer information and contract updates

-

Communicate regularly with the field sales team and provide progress updates

-

Support customer retention contracts through the CRM system

-

Assist with quotations, documentation and pending contracts

-

Support customers with providing notice to existing suppliers where required

-

Liaise with service teams and suppliers regarding deliveries and service requirements

-

Carry out credit checks and ensure supporting information is accurate and complete

-

Manage electronic filing of contracts and associated documentation

-

Complete contract roll-out and cancellation processes accurately

-

Follow departmental procedures and agreed service levels

-

Support pre-invoice checks and credit note processing

-

Complete other administrative tasks as required
