We are recruiting for a
Support Worker to join a supported living service in
Southend, supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience or understanding of learning disabilities or autism who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to support them on a day to day basis
The Role
You'll be offering supporting and guidance to the service users while ensuring they receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.
Key responsibilities will include
- Providing person centred help to support with day to day tasks
About You
We're looking for someone with
- Some experience or knowledge of LD and Autism
- A kind nature, yet organised
- A
full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work varied hours when required
You'll be joining a service focused on helping people develop their skills, increase their independence and enjoy a fulfilling life.
