About the Role

We are seeking a motivated

Electrical Improver to join our on-site Facilities Management (FM) team at the in London. Working standard daytime hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm), you will work alongside experienced FM Electricians to maintain, service, and repair building services across a premier commercial estate.

This is an ideal role for an improver looking to build a career in commercial Facilities Management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting maintenance electricians with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.

Carrying out lamping, lighting repairs, and basic electrical fault-finding.

Supporting small works projects, including minor containment, re-wiring, and power installations.

Assisting with emergency lighting testing, fire alarm checks, and compliance logbook updates.

Monitoring building management systems (BMS) and escalating issues when required.

Maintaining high health & safety standards, ensuring all work complies with site risk assessments and method statements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).

Certifications

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable).
