Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
PAY RATE
Up to £13.86 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE
Fixed term contract until 3rd December 2026 – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
HOURS
24 hours a week over 4 days

Join our team at Lichfield City Centre as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
