What You’ll Do
- Provide an efficient and professional catering service on wards, communicating effectively with colleagues and ward staff.
- Complete daily documentation accurately and in line with required schedules, procedures and standards.
- Safely transport and deliver food and beverage trolleys to wards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across ward kitchens, pantries and catering work areas.
- Ensure catering equipment is safe, clean and in good working order, completing routine cleaning and maintenance checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
