About this role
A PSW Career Case manager will be expected to: Make prompt contact with multi-professional trainees once their referral has been triaged to the careers service. Offer a first meeting within 2 weeks of referral. Keep up-to-date notes and contemporaneous records of all interactions on the PSW SharePoint site. Refer multi-professional trainees for specialist support within the PSW if required. Provide reports to the PSW team when requested. Raise concerns in a professional and timely way. Participate in a formal annual review of your work. Ensure that all multi-professional trainees who access the service are treated fairly and supported in line with the principles of the Equality Act 2010. Engage with other members of the PSW team. Handle confidential and sensitive data following relevant legislation and NHSE policies.
