Hours

8am - 4pm, Thursday and Friday (7 hours per day, 1 hour break)

Pay Rate

Starting at £14.63, increasing to £15.14 following successful completion of 5-month probationary period.

The Role

They are looking for someone to join the team to work Thursday and Friday, 8am - 4pm.

You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at their Addington Heights Resource Centre.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience supervising domestic or cleaning teams within a residential or care home environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, maintaining a caring and professional attitude toward residents and staff.
  • First Aid at work certificate (training will be provided)
