We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Band 6 Bank Specialist Children’s Community Occupational therapist to join our Staff Bank, supporting services across both acute and community settings. The post holder will be working from both Evelina London Community children sites and in collaboration with colleagues at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

To provide a high standard of occupational therapy service to a caseload of children aged 0-19 years of age within the community. This caseload consists of children with a wide range of developmental difficulties and/or disabilities, and /or complex or multiple pathologies.

• To provide an advanced standard of occupational therapy assessment, treatment, management and advice to paediatric patients aged 0-19, their families and carers within the community setting. The caseload consists of children with a wide range of development difficulties and/or disabilities, many of whom may have very complex or multiple pathologies.
• To work as a lone practitioner, unsupervised, and at times in conjunction with less senior team colleagues across a variety of locations within the community including patients homes, early years settings, schools and clinics to meet the needs of the individual child.
