Hiring for a reputed client, our Client is looking for an organised Admin Officer to help keep cases moving, documents accurate, and people supported.

What you'll be doing

* Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings

* Producing court/tribunal documents, standard letters and correspondence (following guidelines)

* Creating and updating records on internal systems, completing accurate data input

* Clerking civil and family courts, tribunals and hearings-helping ensure papers and materials are up to date

* Handling counter enquiries (face to face), written and telephone enquiries, providing excellent customer service

* Assisting with listing and rota management, checking files, contacting parties and scheduling documents

* Supporting TIB (Team Information Board) meetings by helping keep them relevant, timely and productive

* Undertaking checks and verification against criteria/procedures, ensuring quality standards are met

* Strong administration skills with a confident, accurate approach to paperwork and records

* Excellent customer service mindset-polite, helpful and prompt when supporting court users and stakeholders

* The ability to work to workload targets, maintaining throughput and accuracy

* Comfortable working in a structured environment, with initiative and discretion to improve within set processes

* Good IT skills for completing the required level of work using relevant computer systems

* A team-first attitude, with willingness to flex across ad hoc duties when required
