About this role
The post holder will be an expert, autonomous practitioner specialising in the field of tissue viability practice; leading, influencing, developing and expanding the Tissue Viability service throughout the Trust in all community settings. The provision of high-quality evidence based person-centred wound management for patients registered with a Staffordshire GP, encompassing physical, mental health and social health care needs. Providing leadership in the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care wound care to the wider multi-disciplinary team.
