Paediatric Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist

Provide specialist nursing care to children and young people with asthma and respiratory conditions, including assessment, treatment, education and management of a specialist caseload. Deliver nurse-led and multidisciplinary clinics, undertake respiratory investigations such as FeNO and spirometry, and support safe discharge and transition to adult services. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and primary/community care services, provide specialist education and clinical support to staff, and contribute to audit, research, quality improvement, clinical governance and implementation of national asthma and respiratory standards.
