Hampton Hill Junior School is looking for a caring and organised Welfare Assistant to join our team.Working 12 hours per week (Thursdays and Fridays), you’ll provide specialist medical and first aid support to our pupils, liaise closely with families and healthcare professionals, and keep accurate digital records of all healthcare plans and medication on site. You will play a vital role in ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

We are seeking someone who

Has experience supporting children with medical needs (ideally in a school setting)Remains calm under pressure and has excellent organisational skillsCommunicates confidently with children, families, and professionalsIs positive, proactive, and committed to safeguarding every childVisits to the school are encouraged and can be arranged via the school office.
