Recruiter - FTC

Due to growing demand across the business, we’re excited to be looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great talent. You’ll deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, ensuring every hire not only meets the role requirements but also aligns with our values and culture.

You will play a key role in managing recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.

This is a full-time office based role located at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

The key responsibilities are

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role briefs
• Create and advertise vacancies across appropriate channels to attract high-quality candidates
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, talent pools, and other direct sourcing methods
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely and professional communication
• Track recruitment activity and provide reporting insights

To be successful in the role, you will have

• Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
