The successful candidate will love working with children and have the skills and knowledge to support all children. You will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Work effectively as part of a close-knit team to provide comprehensive support for the student
  • Work well with other staff and outside agencies
  • Provide one-on-one academic support and implement individualised learning plans
  • Be resilient in the face of challenges, taking direction from senior leaders and class teachers, as well as working on your own initiative
  • Behave in a positive, professional manner within a team environment, remaining calm and patient, even in challenging situations
  • Work within school policies and procedures to keep children safe
