About this role
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Manager & Senior Practitioner to support the day-to-day running of an Ofsted-registered early years setting. You will lead and support staff, ensure high-quality EYFS practice, build strong relationships with families, and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 3–11. This role includes leading and supervising staff during sessions, monitoring children's learning and development, planning child-led learning experiences, supporting children with SEND, and ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are met.
