About this role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Third in Charge to join our nursery team. You will support the Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting, take a lead role in your room, and help ensure the highest standards of care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You'll also step in to support wider leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager, including staff supervision, safeguarding, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers.
