Nursery Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) – Term-Time Only

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our early years team at our setting on Warley Hill in Brentwood (CM14). This is a term-time-only position, making it an ideal opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a leadership role that aligns with the school calendar.

We understand the importance of financial peace of mind, which is why your salary will be spread equally over 12 months, ensuring a steady, reliable income even during school holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a small team of room practitioners to deliver high-quality early education.

Overseeing the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.

Managing the daily routine of the room, including transitions, meal times, and outdoor play.

Serving as a Key Person

monitoring child tracking, observations, and updating learning journals.

Fostering warm, professional relationships with parents and managing daily feedback.

Salary & Contract

Pay

£12.50 per hour (approximately £20,000 per annum).

Payment Structure

Total annual salary is spread equally over 12 monthly payments.
