Room Leader (Over 2's) / Junior Deputy Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3 Room Leader to join our friendly nursery near Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident early years professional who is ready to take the next step into management.

The role is 80% room-based within the Over 2's Room and 20% supporting the Nursery Manager as a Junior Deputy Manager. There is a clear progression pathway, with the role expected to develop into a Deputy Manager position within approximately 12 months.

You will lead a team to provide outstanding care and education, support children's learning in line with the EYFS Framework, mentor staff, maintain safeguarding standards, and build positive relationships with children and families.

The nursery is located in a rural setting, so all applicants must be able to drive and have access to a car, as there is no public transport available.

Salary

£28,500–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
