Progressive Pharmacy Technician - Medicines Management

Some of the main responsibilities include: Completing Medicines Reconciliation to ensure patients are receiving the right medications in hospitalCounselling patients on newly started medicinesSupporting with discharge processes to enable strong patient flow Our team are self-motivated and need to be able to work both independently, but also have excellent communication in order to maintain a strong team dynamic despite each person having their own individual wards.
