Duties of a Service Advisor

• Providing outstanding customer service and managing vehicle service enquiries
• Booking vehicles for service and repair appointments efficiently
• Advising customers on mechanical work required and associated costs
• Facilitating clear communication between customers and workshop teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and up-to-date service records
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements of a Service Advisor

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar automotive role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive services and manufacturer standards
• Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle multiple tasks effectively
