An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join a high-end hospitality venue in the Oxfordshire countryside. This is a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen offering an exceptional dining experience with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, creativity, and high standards.
The successful Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead and motivate the brigade while maintaining consistency, quality, and excellent service standards.

The ideal candidate will
- Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a quality-led kitchen
- Be passionate about fresh food and presentation
- Thrive in a busy service environment
- Have strong leadership and organisational skills
- Be reliable, hands-on, and driven
