Customer Service Care Support- Technical Department

About this role

We're currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast-paced team, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position over time! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a solid background in customer service and basic IT systems. hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Immediate starts!

Key Activities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate system data
  • Supporting with scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Supporting with account queries and updates

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident IT skills, including MS Office and data entry systems
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills

What we're looking for

  • Previous production experience preferred but not essential
  • Reliable & a passion for customer service
  • Good attention to detail
