About the Role
In this vital role, you'll support the learning and development of young students by assisting teachers, providing one-on-one and small group support, and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment. This position offers a competitive salary and is available on a full-time or part-time basis during term time.
Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

Provide targeted assistance to students who need extra help.

Help maintain a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.

Assist with preparing teaching materials and resources.

Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
What We're Looking For

Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school.

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant qualifications are a plus, but not essential.

A strong commitment to safeguarding children (enhanced DBS check required).
