Job Introduction

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused

FM Multiskilled Operativeto join our team at Trinity Bridge House.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the building, while also providing porter, housekeeping and general support services to customers and clients.

This is a varied role where you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, work as part of a team and respond flexibly to the needs of the site.

What You'll Do

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across the site.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality requirements.
• Provide porter support, including moving furniture, equipment and stores.
• Respond to reactive cleaning and facilities tasks as required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support the wider team with general duties and additional tasks as required.

What You Bring

Essential

• A positive and professional approach to work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow cleaning, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to identify the required standard for a task and complete it accordingly.
• Ability to support colleagues and contribute towards team objectives.
• Willingness to work both internally and externally.

Desirable

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, porter, facilities or hospitality services.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience working within a corporate or office environment.
