Your Responsibilities

Quality Delivery
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom.

Classroom Management
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies.

Assessment for Learning
Provide "in-the-moment" feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning.

Collaboration
Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child-including those with SEN-is supported.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience
Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2.

Flexibility
An adaptable "can-do" attitude, especially for daily supply roles where you may step into new environments.

Safeguarding
A deep understanding of current safeguarding and "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) guidelines.
