Key Responsibilities
- Support the Front of House Manager in overseeing the day-to-day Front Office operation
- Deliver a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival through to departure
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently
- Lead, support and develop the Guest Services team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage and Events teams to ensure joined-up service
- Support departmental scheduling, training and operational organisation
- Promote upselling opportunities across hotel services and facilities
Person Specification
- Previous experience within a Front Office or Reception leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience leading and developing teams to high service standards
- Good systems knowledge and confidence working across hotel operations
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
