Paramedic First Contact Practitioner

Manage patients with a range of conditions, providing expert assessment and clinical decision-making Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, including home visits where appropriate Support management of long-term conditions and contribute to preventative care Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside GPs, ANPs, Podiatrists, Physios, Social Prescribers and Clinical Pharmacists Participate in clinical supervision, MDT meetings and ongoing professional development
