Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team in

Lesmahagow - ML11.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working across bucket and block production lines, helping to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

• Operating equipment across bucket and block production lines
• Loading buckets onto production lines
• Bagging blocks in preparation for sealing
• Carrying out heavy manual handling
• Palletising finished goods
• Wrapping pallets in preparation for despatch
• Following production processes to maintain excellent quality standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the production area

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience OR transferable skills
• Comfortable carrying out heavy manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to follow processes and maintain high-quality standards
• Good awareness of Health & Safety
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to work a rotational shift pattern
