SUPPORTIVE HOUSING CLEANER

Quinn Luthers Group Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and professional cleaner to work

within a supportive housing environment in Notting Hill.

This role requires more than just cleaning ability. We are looking for someone with the right

attitude, professionalism, and personal qualities to work respectfully around vulnerable

residents while maintaining high cleaning standards at all times.

Key Duties

• Cleaning communal areas to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, offices, and shared spaces
• Following colour-coded cleaning systems and site procedures
• Reporting issues professionally and promptly
• Occasional deep cleans of resident rooms (additional hours available)

Essential Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work professionally within a sensitive environment
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures correctly

Experience within supportive housing, hostels, refuges, housing associations, healthcare, or

similar environments would be highly advantageous.
