We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and resilient individual to work in partnership with the Headteacher and wider team, to build on our successes. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is unafraid of a challenge and committed to making a positive difference to those that matter the most, our children.

Our school is a family where everyone is valued and recognised as an individual. It is a place where we treat everyone as we would want to be treated ourselves. At Queensbridge, every child has a champion. They have someone who believes that they can succeed. We believe that every child has the ability to shine given the right care and support and that our similarities and differences are things we celebrate with pride.

As an overview, you will model excellent practice and share skills and experience with others. You will be required to promote the highest standards of student wellbeing, behaviour and communication with parents. You will be key in providing individual support to children working closely with teaching staff, support staff, and outside agencies. You will work with whole classes, targeted intervention groups, and individual children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or, on a 1 to1 basis, dependent on need, providing more intensive, bespoke and personalised interventions for more complex and harder to reach children.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a primary school learning environment and be able to demonstrate sound communication skills.

You must have GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above.

A full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential in this role.
