Marketing Manager

Finance & Business Academy Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan, develop and manage the Company's marketing activities, with a particular focus on higher education student recruitment and education services.

The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, undertake market and competitor research, analyse marketing and recruitment performance, identify opportunities to increase engagement and support the Company's commercial objectives.

The role will include planning and coordinating digital and offline marketing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance and lead generation, maintaining brand consistency, developing promotional activities, analysing market trends and preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations, admissions, partnerships and business development teams and will maintain professional relationships with education partners and other relevant stakeholders.
