The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

One-to-One Support

Focusing on both the child's academic progress and personal, social, and emotional development.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, empathetic, and ready to jump in and make a difference.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably within an early years or primary school setting.

Qualifications

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, relevant experience.

Professional Knowledge

An understanding of child development and best practices for SEN assistance.

Compliance

An enhanced DBS check (ideally registered on the Update Service).
