We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our fantastic team at our Tarmac Plant in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The site is easily accessible from Banbury, Bicester, Bodicote, Kidlington, Oxford, Brackley, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stratford-on-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility

As Multi Skilled Operative reporting directly to the Plant Supervisor, you willbe responsible for

• All operational activities within a manufacturing environment
• Meeting daily production target requirements
• Supporting all site KPI’s including quality, Health and Safety, site housekeeping
• Supporting and working alongside our site fitter on basic operator lead maintenance
• Weighbridge duties
• Housekeeping and delivering excellent site standards
• Working with a team focused on great customer service, especially providinggood qualitymaterial and on-time deliveries to a varied customer base
• Carrying out inspections on the plant and carry out housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance
• Ensuring stocks are replenished andmaintainedto good levels

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Multi Skilled Operative will havepreviousplant operational experience.

You will also

• Be flexible and able todemonstrateacan doattitude
• Possess initiative and be able to think for themselves
• Hold a full UK driving Licence
• Be a team player and an affective communicator
• Be confident using various IT applications
• Ideally to have a forklift truck and loading shovel licence (training will be given to the right candidate)
• Have a good attitude towards Health and Safety and the environment
• Hard working and willing to learn new skills
