Class 2 Driver

Smart Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join a busy waste and recycling operation in Crawley.

This is an ongoing position working Monday to Friday, carrying out commercial and/or residential waste collections using a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive a Class 2 dustcart safely and efficiently

. Complete scheduled waste and recycling collections

. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

. Work closely with loaders to complete collection rounds

. Ensure all waste is collected and transported safely

. Follow planned routes and collection schedules

. Complete relevant paperwork and driver documentation

. Follow all Health & Safety and site procedures

. Maintain a professional manner when dealing with customers and members of the public

This is an excellent opportunity for a Class 2 driver looking for ongoing Monday to Friday work with consistent daytime hours.
