Care Connection are recruiting Experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Melksham area.

At this particular service you will be supporting three service users with learning difficulties. You will promote choice as your number one priority to enable you to support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.

The shifts here are between 07.00-22.00, and sleep in shifts may also be required.

Job Role

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
