About this role
This job is for a Handyperson/ Painter who has a good general knowledge of domestic and commercial buildings. In your duties of maintenance there will be statutory checks in line with Approved Code of Practice (Building Regulations, HBN & HTM). You will be expected to work on your own initiative as well as working within a team. You will need to knowledge of building structures and fabric as well as fire compartmentalisation and fire door maintenance. Applicants should be able to arrange their work, parts and materials and carry out tasks in a safe and tidy manner.
