Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Giving Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and providing exceptional care to Payroll Giving donors.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Supporting payrolls through the payroll giving process, including initial setup and query resolution.
  • Reconciling payrolls with enhanced requirements based on employer specifications including relevant data flows.
  • Managing payroll listings to ensure accurate flow between agencies and payrolls.
  • Running weekly invoices and managing employer listings.
  • Providing donor support.
  • Sourcing required reports and analysing the data.
  • Adhering to our data protection policy to ensure donor data protection, being aware of change management processes and incident reporting, and providing verification rates and feedback for weekly management meetings and monthly ISO meetings
  • Database Management
  • Supporting account managers with various tasks including liaising with payrolls & reporting.
  • Investigating funds not received by employers and charities and providing resolutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • IT skills in Microsoft 365
  • Database administration experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with payroll processes and donor care is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data protection policies and change management.
  • Experience in delivery of excellent customer service.
