Deputy Finance Business Partner

Provide high-quality financial management support to designated Divisions. Lead on annual budget setting and in-year financial forecasting. Produce accurate monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis. Deliver financial insight and constructive challenge to Divisional leaders. Support development and monitoring of Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs). Contribute to business cases, service developments and investment appraisals. Ensure compliance with financial governance and internal control processes. Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team to support organisational objectives.
