Specialist Nurse - Alcohol Care Team

The nurse will have experience in supporting clinical interventions and treatments within the hospital setting and liaising with primary care settings to ensure a smooth transition of care from hospital to community. You will be expected to play an active role in research activity and deliver education to the wider healthcare team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge of working with this patient group. The post holder will be expected to take a lead on Alcohol within the Trust partaking in clinical audit and developing evidence-based protocols and pathways.
