KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Main duties and responsibilities The post holder will be responsible for providing a communication service to the case load dependent on service need. The post holder will be responsible for managing a complex caseload and as an highly specialist speech and language therapist responsible for clinical and caseload supervision, training of other team members and on occasion external partners The post holder will be responsible for providing highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment, interventions and advice in the clinical area of communication needs. The post holder will be responsible for providing Specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment, interventions and advice in the clinical area of complex dysphagia.
