HR Officer (Schools HR)

About this role

Are you on the lookout for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our Schools HR team on a temporary basis, initially for six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a vital role in supporting our schools.

As an HR Officer, you will provide essential HR support to schools across Bexley and beyond.

Your key responsibilities will include

Inputting new starters, variations, and terminations onto the HR/Payroll system.

Preparing employment documentation.

Supporting recruitment processes.

Assisting HR Officers with managing payroll deadlines.

Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need

Previous experience in an administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
