About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Civil PCSM to lead high-voltage substation and infrastructure upgrade projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for site safety, compliance, and delivery, ensuring all works align with strict National Grid standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership

Manage daily civil engineering and construction activities safely.

Compliance

Enforce National Grid SR163 supplier requirements on-site.

Safety

Direct temporary works, excavation safety, and risk assessments.

Coordination

Act as the main liaison between subcontractors and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

Accreditation

Current National Grid SR163 PCSM qualification.

Safety

Valid SMSTS and up-to-date First Aid at Work.

Technical

Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor ticket.

-

Utility Safety

HSG47 (Underground Services) awareness.

Access

National Grid Competent Person (NSI 8 Full) status.
