Senior Clinical Fellow- Colorectal

This 12-month fellowship would be suitable for trainees who have completed, or who are near to completing, their higher surgical training and would like specialised clinical experience in all aspects of colorectal surgery before attaining a Consultant position. Opportunities to gain experience in advanced laparoscopic colorectal surgery, proctology including (TAMIS & Fistura), pelvic floor surgery, IBD surgery and tibial nerve stimulation (see provisional timetable below). Opportunities exist to shadow the hospital executive team for those wanting some managerial experience This fellowship post has been approved by the Royal College of Surgeons and the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain & Ireland as part of the RCS Senior Clinical Fellowship Scheme.
